The apartment is organized around a double-height living space where warm timber volumes, pale walls, and dark metal lines establish a clear architectural frame. Integrated cabinetry connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas while maintaining long visual relationships across the interior.
A restrained palette of warm wood, blackened metal, soft grey upholstery, pale oak flooring, and brass-toned lighting balances precision with domestic warmth. Carefully framed openings and layered ceilings turn circulation, storage, and lighting into part of the spatial composition.
One continuous interior,
defined by inserted volumes.
The kitchen, dining, and living zones remain visually connected while timber ceilings and cabinetry establish distinct areas of occupation. Black metal lines sharpen the thresholds without closing the space.

MATERIAL PALETTE
Warm, graphic,
precisely layered.

Architecture continues at the scale of furniture.

Custom millwork consolidates storage, dining, and kitchen functions into a continuous warm timber datum. Concealed light washes the work surface while the globe chandelier marks the center of the dining room.
